Remove/install

Remove side window seal on rear door.

Remove screw (2).

Remove grommet (3) and remove screw (4).

Pull fixed window (1) out of body shell aperture in direction of travel.

Model 177.0/1/9

 Installation: Ensure that there are no gaps between the continuous window seal (6) and the body shell aperture.
Ensure that the continuous window seal (6) encloses the body flange.
Ensure that the fixed window (1) slides into the body shell aperture with the guide (5).

Lubricant, rubber assembly 1 l

Pull fixed window (1) out of body shell aperture in direction of travel.

 Installation: Ensure that there are no gaps between the continuous window seal (6) and the body shell aperture.
Ensure that the continuous window seal (6) encloses the body flange.
