| Remove/install | ||
1 | Remove plug (1) from driver's door | ||
2 | Turn the screw (2) counterclockwise five times | ||
3 | Pull the door handle (3) approx. 5 mm and pull the cover (4) with the lock cylinder (5) out of the front passenger door | ||
4 | Check condition and seating of seal (6) | If seal (6) is damaged. | |

Replace seal (6). | |||
If the seal (6) is not seated correctly at the driver's door. | |||
| |||
Position the seal (6) correctly at the driver's door. | |||
5 | Unclip the cover (4) from the lock cylinder (5) with a suitable tool | When installing new lock cylinder (5). | |
6 | Install in the reverse order | ||
| Check | ||
7 | Check lock cylinder (5) for proper function |
