Remove/install

Remove center roof lining (2).

Remove air duct of the roof-mounted air conditioning system.

 Depending on the wheelbase and overhang, the length of the front section changes from the air duct of the roof-mounted air conditioning system.

Remove expansion rivet (4) from rear center roof lining section (2.1).

 Clip remover

Unclip retaining clips (5) of the rear center roof lining section (2.1) at the rear and carefully pull downward.

If the retaining clips (5) are damaged,



Replace damaged retaining clips (5).

Push rear center roof lining section (2.1) in the direction of the arrow (arrow A) and remove from the vehicle.

 The number of sections varies depending on the wheelbase and overhang.
The sections of the rear center roof lining (2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4) are removed in the same manner.

 Helper required.

 If, e.g. the section of the rear center roof lining (2.4) is to be removed, the sections of the rear center roof lining (2.1, 2.2, 2.3) must be removed beforehand.

 Installation: Ensure that the dome lamp wiring harness is routed correctly.

Install in the reverse order



Perform function test of the dome lamps.
