Open electric pop-out window (2)



Observe the Service Information
Otherwise damage could occur on the hinges in the area of the C-pillar of the electric pop-out window (2).

Loosen side paneling (4) in area of nut (5) until nut (5) is accessible

Secure electric pop-out window (2) against falling down with aid of helper and unscrew nuts (3, 5)

 Nut, pop-out window to C-pillar

Hold threaded union on electric pop-out window (2), unscrew bolt (1) and remove electric pop-out window (2)


Do not cant or tilt electric pop-out window (2)
Otherwise the hinges of the electric pop-out window (2) can be damaged.

 Screw/bolt, arrester to pop-out window

Remove threaded union for bolt (1) with seal from electric pop-out window (2)

If electric pop-out window (2) is replaced.



Check

Check seal for threaded union for damage

For damage



Replace seal.

Attach adhesive foil on electric pop-out window (2)

If electric pop-out window (2) is replaced.

Install in the reverse order


