1 Install rear fender (1), trunk lid, taillamps and rubber seal.
2 Fit rear fender (1), trunk lid, taillamps and check gaps using feeler gauge and adjust.
3 Fasten rear fender (1) with vise grip pliers on body and remove trunk lid, taillamps and rubber seal.
4 Drill Ø 6.5 mm rivet holes (area H, J and L).
5 Remove rear fender (1)
6 Deburr rivet holes on rear fender (1) and body on both sides.
7 Remove drill shavings using wet/dry vacuum cleaner
8 Coat insides of riveted joints with zinc dust paint.

9 Install rear fender (1) and fasten with vise grip pliers and manual temporary fasteners.
10 Rivet rear fender (1) with Polygrip 6.4 x 14 flat/round head rivet (area H1 and J1).
11 Rear fender (1) (area K).
Level weld joints.

12 Weld in rear fender (1) with (area A).
13 Rear fender (1) (area C and D).
Perform weld seams in intervals and allow to cool down in between to prevent heat distortion.
14 Rear fender (1) (area B, E, F and G).
15 Rear fender (1) with Polygrip 6.4 x 14 flat/round head rivet (area L1).
16 Grind weld joints (area D and G).
17 Grind weld joints and restore surface (area C ).
