1 | Remove engine compartment cover | ||
2 | Remove clamp (2) from fuel line (1) and remove fuel line (1) | ||
3 | Remove bolt (3) | ||
4 | Remove fuel line (1) from mount (4) | ||
5 | Unclip fuel line (1) from bracket (5) | ||
6 | Release clamp (6, 7) | ||
7 | Detach hose (8) from mixer housing and charge-air distributor | ||
8 | Remove bolt (9) | Bolt, bracket of fuel line to high pressure pump | |
9 | Remove bracket (10) | Installation: Ensure that the bracket (10) is seated and positioned correctly on the fuel lines. | |
10 | Detach fuel line (1) from high-pressure pump (11) | | |
Loosen fuel line (1) by moving it back and forth slightly and pull it out carefully toward back. | |||
After disassembling the fuel line (1), seal connections with suitable stop plugs. | |||
Installation: Replace sealing ring. | |||

12 | Inspect fuel system for leaks | Leave engine running, switch it off, and then check fuel system for leaks. |
