Fill with oil

Danger!

Risk of accident caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near engine

Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving.
Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes.
Do not grasp hot or rotating parts.

Allow engine to idle

Check circulation pressure

With throttle cock opened.

Run engine at a speed of about 1000 rpm

Check opening pressure

With throttle cock closed

The check should be brief in order to prevent the oil temperature from rising too high.

If pressures differ

Remove/install power steering pump
