Risk of death caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.

Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.

Remove/install

Remove left or right brake shoes of parking brake.

Remove left or right rear brake cable (2) from wheel carrier (1) and place to one side.

Remove rear axle rpm sensor from left or right wheel carrier (1) and place to one side with connected electric line.

Counterhold nuts (4) and remove screws (3).

 Installation: Replace bolts (3) and nuts (4).

Remove wheel carrier(1).

 The wheel carrier (1), wheel hub and wheel bearing (5) form a unit and can only be removed together.

Install in the reverse order.
