Remove/install axle boot at wheel end of front axle shaft

	Remove
1	Remove corresponding front axle shaft (1).	Model 447 with engine 651, 654 with code ZG2 (Permanent all-wheel drive)	AR33.30-S-6530EA
		Model 447 with engine 622	AR33.30-S-6530EF

		Remove/install left front axle shaft Model 447 with engine 780.701/702	AR33.30-S-0621F
		Remove/install right front axle shaft Model 447 with engine 780.701/702	AR33.30-S-0622F
2	Clamp front axle shaft (1) in vise with protective jaws.
3	Remove clamps (2, 4) and release axle boot (3) from ball joint (5).		AR33.30-S-0665-01EF
4	Remove retaining ring on joint (5).
5	Use suitable tool to knock out joint (5) from front axle shaft (1).	 Helper required.
6	Remove axle boot (3).
7	Clean front axle shaft (1) and ball joint (5).	Assembly cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A
	Install
8	Slide new axle boot (3) onto front axle shaft (1).
9	Install new retaining ring at joint (5).
10	Press joint (5) onto front axle shaft (1).	 The retaining ring must be heard and felt to engage on the joint (5).
11	Attach axle boot (3).		AR33.30-S-0665-01EF
12	Release front axle shaft (1) from vise and remove.
13	Install corresponding front axle shaft (1).	Model 447 with engine 651, 654 with code ZG2 (Permanent all-wheel drive)	AR33.30-S-6530EA
		Model 447 with engine 622	AR33.30-S-6530EF

		Remove/install right front axle shaft Model 447 with engine 780.701/702	AR33.30-S-0622F
		Remove/install left front axle shaft Model 447 with engine 780.701/702	AR33.30-S-0621F
