Remove/install

Remove integral carrier (4).

Remove line guide (5) from bolts of steering gear and struts (6).

Model 447 with engine 780.702

 Installation: Check line guide (5) and retaining clips for damage.

If damage is found,



Replace line guide (5) or damaged retaining clips.

Remove struts (6).

Model 447 with engine 780.702

 To do this, remove bolts (7).

 Installation: Counterhold nuts of bolts (7) when tightening.

 Nut/screw, steering gear to integral carrier or integral carrier diagonal strut

Remove bolts (8).

Model 447 with engine 780.702

 Installation: Counterhold nuts of bolts (8) when tightening.

 Rear screw, transverse control arm to front axle carrier/integral carrier

Remove nuts (2).

 Installation: Counterhold bolts (3) when tightening nuts (2).

 Nut/screw, stabilizer bar to integral carrier

Remove stabilizer bar (1).



Check

7

Check stabilizer (1) and elastomer bearings for damage.

If damage is detected,



Replace stabilizer bar (1).

Detach torsion bar linkage from stabilizer (1).

If the stabilizer (1) is replaced.

Install in the reverse order.
