Risk of injury to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant.

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

Remove/install

Remove maintenance flap

Turn cap (4) on expansion reservoir (1) half a revolution counterclockwise, relieve overpressure and then unscrew cap (4)

Suction coolant out of the expansion reservoir (1)

 Hand pump

Unclip retaining clip (3)

Remove coolant hose (6) from expansion reservoir (1)

 Hose clamp pliers

Pull expansion reservoir (1) upwards out of the brackets (2, 5) until the coolant hose (7) is accessible

Support the expansion reservoir (1) with a suitable object

Clamp off coolant hose (7)

Loosen clamp (9) of coolant hose (7) and remove coolant hose (7) from expansion reservoir (1)

Install in the reverse order



Check and correct coolant level
