| Remove/install | ||
1 | Slowly open cap (1), relieve overpressure and unscrew from coolant expansion reservoir (2). | ||
2 | Suction off coolant from coolant expansion reservoir (2). | ||

3 | Remove coolant lines (3) from coolant expansion reservoir (2) and check for damage. | ||
If damage is present, | |||

replace respective damaged coolant line (3). | |||
4 | Release and disconnect electrical connector (4). | ||
5 | Unclip coolant expansion reservoir (2) from the brackets (5) with a suitable tool and remove coolant expansion reservoir (2) upward. | ||
6 | Install in the reverse order | ||

7 | Check engine cooling system for leak tightness. | ||
