1 | Drain off coolant. | ||
2 | Remove cross member. | ||
3 | Remove screws (1) and swivel front end crossmember (2) out of the working area. | ||
4 | Remove locks (3). | ||
5 | Turn brackets (4) by 90 ° and remove upward. | ||
6 | Lift cooler unit (5) out of the bottom right bracket in the direction of the arrow (arrow A), swivel toward the front, and place on the mounting plate of the major assembly mount. | ||

7 | Remove coolant hose (6). | ||
8 | Remove coolant lines (7) from the oil/coolant module (8) and remove coolant line (9). | Hose clamp pliers | |
9 | Release and disconnect electrical connector(10). | ||
10 | Release and disconnect electrical connectors (11). | The number of electrical connectors (11) varies depending on the vehicle equipment. | |
11 | Unclip retaining clips (12) and place electrical wiring harness (13) to one side. | | |
