Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.

Remove/install

Remove radiator unit.

Remove condenser from radiator (1).

Remove elastomer bearings (2).

If the cooler (1) is replaced.

Remove sealing lip (3).

If the cooler (1) is replaced.

Remove bracket (4) for transmission oil lines.

If the cooler (1) is replaced.

6

Install in the reverse order.
