On vehicles with code Air conditioning system Plus (with outside temperature indicator) (FFO) code I01.

Remove cable ties (2)

Disconnect connector (3) at fan motor

Do not damage catch lug, otherwise the plug does no longer lock.

Unscrew nuts (4) and detach AC lines (5) from condenser, remove sealing rings and seal off AC lines (5)

Only on vehicles with code I01, Air conditioning Plus (with outside temperature indicator) (FFO)

Installation: Replace sealing rings.

Remove upper coolant hose (6) at the cooler unit (1)

Unscrew bolt (7) and bolt (8)

Remove cooler unit (1)

Protect air conditioning circuit and components from moisture when carrying out repair work

Replace filter drier

Replace the fluid reservoir every time you open up the refrigeration circuit. When a receiver/dryer is left open, the dryer unit quickly becomes saturated with moisture, rendering it useless.
