| Remove/install | ||
1 | Remove the condenser. | ||
2 | Remove charge air cooler. | ||
3 | Remove coolant hose (2). | ||
4 | Remove front crossmember. | ||
5 | Pull coolant expansion reservoir (3) out of the bracket and place to one side. | ||
6 | Release retaining clips (4) with a suitable tool (arrows). | ||
7 | Tilt cooler (1) in the direction of the engine (arrow A) and remove upward. | ||
8 | Install in the reverse order. | ||
| Check | ||
9 | Check engine cooling system for leak tightness. |
