Remove/Install

No fire, sparks, open flames or smoking.
Pour fuels only into suitable and appropriately marked containers.

Disconnect battery ground cable

Drain coolant

Remove underfloor paneling

Unscrew bolts from heater (1)

Slacken bolts at heater bracket (2) so that the heater can be shifted slightly and the circulation pump (6) is accessible

Disconnect circulation pump power supply (3)

Loosen the coolant hose hose clamps (4)

Pull coolant hoses off the circulation pump (6)

Unscrew bolt of retaining clamp (5) at circulation pump (6)

Remove circulation pump (6)

Installation: Pay attention to the installation position of the circulation pump rubber (6).

Install in the reverse order

Perform a function test
