Risk of injury to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant.

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

Remove/install

Remove coolant pump (4).

Remove coolant thermostat (1) from coolant pump (4).

To do this, remove screws (2). The coolant thermostat (1) and coolant thermostat housing form a unit.

Installation: Replace seal (3).

Screw, coolant thermostat housing to coolant pump

Install in the reverse order.
