Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.

Remove/install

Drain off coolant.

Remove poly-V-belt.

Remove mixer housing.

Remove coolant pump (1).

To do this, remove screws (2).

Installation: Replace seal.

Bolt, coolant pump to crankcase

Clean

Clean sealing surfaces at crankcase and coolant pump (1).

Loctite 7200

Install in the reverse order.
