1 | Drain coolant at radiator | ||
2 | Remove power steering pump (2) | ||
3 | Detach fuel filter at support brace (3) and place to one side with attached lines | ||
4 | Remove support brace (3) | Screw/bolt, support to engine bracket | |
Screw/bolt, support to charge air distributor | |||
5 | Detach coolant hose (4) on heat exchanger (1) | Installation: Check hose clamp and replace if necessary. | |
6 | Remove screw/bolts (5) | Screw, heat exchanger to timing case | |
7 | Remove heat exchanger (1) | Installation: Clean sealing surfaces and replace gasket. | |
Collect overflowing engine oil. | |||
8 | Install in the reverse order | ||
9 | Check engine oil level and correct if necessary | | |
