Disconnect ground line of battery

Remove poly-V belt for supercharger

Remove refrigerant compressor and fix at a suitable location using a cable tie

Remove mixing chamber

Release clamp (1) and remove coolant line (2) on coolant thermostat (3)



Remove bolts (4), remove coolant connection (5) and place to one side

 Installation: Replace seal on coolant connection (5).

Unlock and disconnect electrical connector (6) on alternator (G2)

Unscrew nut (7) and remove charge current line (8) on alternator (G2)

Pull out the plug (9) on the starter (M1)

12

Unscrew nut (10) and charge current line (8) on starter (M1)

13

Release retaining clip (11) and place electrical wiring harness (12) to the side

14

Unscrew bolts (13) and guide starter (M1) from engine housing



Install in the reverse order
