Remove/install

Remove the throttle valve actuator.

Disconnect electrical connectors (1, 2).

Remove electrical wiring harness (3) from the intake port shutoff actuator motor (M72/3).

 Installation: Check cable tie, replace as required.

Unscrew bolt (4).

Remove intake port shutoff actuator motor (M72/3).

 To do this, remove the screw/bolts (5).

 Installation: Clean sealing surfaces and replace gasket.

Modify charge air pressure and temperature sensor.

When replacing the intake port shutoff actuator motor (M72/3).

Install in the reverse order.
