Remove/install

Remove charge air hose downstream of charge air cooler on throttle valve actuator (M16/51)

 The charge air hose downstream of charge air cooler is not removed completely.

Disconnect electrical connection (1)

Remove throttle valve actuator (M16/51)

 To do this, remove screw/bolts (2).

 Installation: Replace seal.

 Bolt, throttle valve actuator to housing of intake port shutoff

Install in the reverse order

Connect diagnostic system and perform initialization of the throttle valve actuator (M16/51)

When replacing throttle valve actuator (M16/51).



Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory
