1 | Remove cap (2) of expansion reservoir (1). | First unscrew the cap (2) counterclockwise up to the first notch and release the overpressure. Then unscrew cap (2). | |
2 | Clamp off coolant hose (5). | Clamp | |
3 | Extract coolant from expansion reservoir (1). | Filling capacity for cooling system | |

4 | Release and disconnect electrical connector (6). | ||
5 | Remove bleed line (3) from expansion reservoir (1). | ||
Plug the opening of the bleed line (3) using suitable stop plugs. | |||
Record plug | |||
6 | Remove coolant hose (5) from expansion reservoir (1). | ||
Collect escaping coolant. | |||
7 | Turn the expansion reservoir (1) in the direction of the arrow (arrow A) and remove from holder upwards (4). | WIS Service Media | |
8 | Install in the reverse order. | ||

9 | Check the main circuit near the expansion reservoir (1) for leak tightness. |
