Pour fuels only into suitable and appropriately marked containers.

Wear protective clothing when handling fuel.

Remove heat shield above turbocharger

Unplug connector (2) at electric shutoff valve (1)

Detach fuel line (3) at electric shutoff valve (1)

Handle securing clip carefully.

Collect escaping fuel. Cover poly-V-belt, otherwise feathering-out fuel can cause damage.

Installation: Replace sealing ring of fuel line (3)

Unscrew bolts (4, 9)

Pull electric shutoff valve (1) together with bracket (8) off intermediate piece (5) from the side and take out

Replace seals (6, 7)

Remove bracket (8) from electrical cutoff valve (1)

Only when replacing the electrical cutoff valve (1)

Install in the reverse order

Bleed low pressure fuel circuit

Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving.

Run engine, switch off and inspect for leaks.
