| Remove/install | ||
1 | Start control unit replacement with vehicle diagnosis system. | When replacing the CDI control unit (N3/9). | |

2 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmitter range (min. 2 m). | ||
3 | Remove cover (4). | ||
4 | Remove screws/bolts (2). | ||
5 | Remove the CVDI control unit (N3/9). | Installation: Check condition and correct seat of seal in air filter housing, replace and/or correctly position if necessary. | |
6 | Release and disconnect electrical connectors (3). | ||
7 | Install in the reverse order. | ||
8 | Read out and delete fault memory. | ||
