 Danger	Risk of explosion caused by fuel igniting, risk of poisoning caused by inhaling and swallowing fuel as well as risk of injury to eyes and skin caused by contactwith fuel. 	Remove
1	Remove air filter housing.		AR09.10-D-1150TSV
2	Disconnect electrical connector (1).
3	Remove fuel pressure sensor (2).	 In this connection, counterhold fuel line (3) and bracket (4) using suitable tool. Fuel line (3) and bracket (4) will otherwise be damaged.
	Install
4	Replace sealing ring of fuel pressure sensor (2).	Where fuel pressure sensor (2) is reused.
5	Coat sealing ring of fuel pressure sensor (2) with antiseize paste.	Antifriction paste, rubber parts 2.5 kg, DBL 6867.00	*BR00.45-Z-1002-06A
6	Install fuel pressure sensor (2).	 In this connection, counterhold fuel line (3) and bracket (4) using suitable tool. Fuel line (3) and bracket (4) will otherwise be damaged.
		 Low pressure fuel pressure sensor to fuel line	*BA07.04-N-1010-02TSV
7	Connect electrical connector (1).
8	Install air filter housing.		AR09.10-D-1150TSV
9	Read out fault memory using vehicle diagnosis system.
	Connect/disconnect diagnostic unit		AD00.00-D-2000-06TS
		If faults are present,
		
		Erase the fault memory.
	Check
 Warning	Risk of accident from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
10	Check for leaktightness when engine is running.	 Visual inspection only.
