 Do not remove slide rail.

 Installation: Replace chain tensioner (2), tensioning rail (3) and bearing pin (4).

Remove timing chain (1) together with crankshaft gear (7) and timing chain sprocket (6)

 Installation: Elongated hole (8) of timing chain sprocket (6) must be centered with associated threaded hole in exhaust camshaft. This facilitates, where req., a subsequent adjustment of the basic position of the camshafts.

 Installation: Replace timing chain (1) together with crankshaft gear (7) and timing chain sprocket (6).
