2	Float
3	Test ring

	Check
1	Remove profile ventilation		AR43.30-G-0003OHA
2	Check float (2) for surface damage (arrow)	If there are problems
		
		Replace the complete profile ventilation.
3	Weigh float (2) using a suitable digital scale and compare with specified value	Specified value for float weight	*BE43.30-N-1004-01B
		If this is not the case
		
		Replace the complete profile ventilation.
4	Place valve element (1) on float (2), weight it with test ring (3) and fill cavity between float (2) and upper edge of valve element with commercially available spirit	 Commercially available devices/tools Test ring (3) Order number H67.2757xx Voith D-74564 Crailsheim
		If the fluid level changes within one minute.
		
		Replace the complete profile ventilation.
5	Install profile ventilation		AR43.30-G-0003OHA
