Loosen bolt (4) on support (5)

Loosen injection pump flange bolt (1) on timing case cover

Allow engine to idle

 Engine with ISC

Set RI value

 (indirect start of delivery)

 Swivel injection pump through turning the adjustment screw (2) at the start of delivery adjusting device (3).
Direction of rotation of the adjustment screw:
to the right = Start of delivery retarded

Left = Start of delivery advanced

 If the adjustment range is not enough, the injection pump will need to be moved 

Remove/install injection pump

Turn off engine

Tighten bolts (1) and (4) on injection pump flange and on support (5)



Remove digital test equipment and sensor
