Remove/install

Remove screw plug (6) on governor body for injection pump (5)

 Collect any oil which runs out

Screw RI sensor (2) into the governor body



Screw TDC impulse transmitter (3) onto bracket



Attach digital test equipment (1) according to connection scheme

 Without an RI adapter 

Digital testing unit (without adapter)

or

 With RI adapter (8) 



Allow engine to idle

Engine with ISC

adjust idle speed if necessary

Read off RI value on digital test equipment (1)

 Indirect start of delivery

Set start of delivery

Turn off engine

Remove digital test equipment and sensor

Tighten screw plug (6)

 Replace seal (7)


