The wiping quality always depends on the following four components:

1 Windshield

2 Wiper arm

3 Wiper blade

4 Windshield washer system

These four individual components should always be considered as an overall system and matched very carefully to each other.
We recommend pointing out the following to the customer:

in order to guarantee the best possible wiping, washing and noise quality, only genuine parts recommended by Mercedes-Benz may be used for these systems.
