The measurement procedure of the caster depends on the equipment. Consult the operation manual of its equipment to be used

2 | Turn the wheel to the left on the rotating plate (6) by angle (a) |

3 | Put the projector (5) in the horizontal in the longitudinal direction and tighten the butterfly screw (16) |

4 | Turn the rotating button (29) until level (30) is centered |
5 | Read the value indicated on the dial ring for caster measurement (32) |

The scale disc to measure the caster (32) is divided into the following measuring fields: |
6 | Record the measuring value on the alignment form |
7 | Put the dial ring of measurement (32) at 0 scale to measurement later |

8 | Turn the wheel to the right on the rotating plate (6) by angle (a) |

9 | Repeat the same procedure for work steps 3, 4, 5, and 6 |
If the nominal values are not reached: | |

Adjust the caster. |
10 | Repeat the same procedure for work steps 1 to 11 on the other wheel of the front axle |

11 | Support the front axle to prevent falling |
12 | Loose and remove the nuts (1) and spring clamps (3) |
13 | Lift and support the chassis frame and lock it in a suitable way |
14 | Remove wedge (2) and replace it for another one which meets the needs of the described caster |
Wedges with different angles are available |
15 | Lower the chassis frame |
Make sure the pin fits correctly into the hole of the wedge |
16 | Install spring clamps (3) |
Replace the self-locking nuts (1) |
17 | Repeat the caster checking |
