1 Oil dipstick guide tube

5 Sealing rings

4 Vacuum reservoir (for engine 651.955.)

Remove/install

Pull oil dipstick (2) out of oil dipstick guide tube (1)

Collect escaping oil using a clean dry cloth.

Unscrew bolt (3)

Slightly raise the vacuum reservoir (4) at the front and pull oil dipstick guide tube (1) to the side

With engine 651.955

Installation: Position oil dipstick guide tube (1) on vacuum reservoir (4).

Remove washer fluid reservoir of windshield washer system and place to one side with lines connected.

Remove power steering pump and place aside with lines attached

Detach refrigerant compressor and hang it on the side with the connected refrigerant lines

Disconnect electrical plug connection at refrigerant compressor

Pull and lead out oil dipstick guide tube (1) from oil pan

Installation: Replace sealing rings (5).

Install in the reverse order

Check engine oil level, correct if necessary

The engine oil level must not lie above the maximum marking. Engine damage may occur otherwise.

Test run engine and check engine around the oil dipstick guide tube (1) for leaks
