Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.

Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

Detach coolant lines (4, 5) from oil-water heat exchanger (6)

Remove bolt (1)

 Oil-water heat exchanger to oil filter housing

Detach the oil-water heat exchanger (6) from the oil filter housing (2)

 Installation: Replace the sealing rings (7) of the oil filter housing (2) and of the oil-water heat exchanger (6).

Install in the reverse order

Inspect cooling system for leaks
