1 | Remove heat shield (4). | ||
2 | Unclip electrical connector (2) from bracket and disconnect. | ||
3 | Expose electrical wiring harness for lambda sensor upstream of catalytic converter (1). | ||
4 | Remove lambda sensor upstream of catalytic converter (1) and seal opening with suitable stop plug. | Record plug | |

5 | Coat thread of lambda sensor upstream of catalytic converter (1) with heat-resistant lubricating paste. | Paste, hot lubrication 1 kg, DBL 6879.20 | |
6 | Tighten lambda sensor upstream of catalytic converter (1). | ||
