1 After boring or face-grinding, chamfer cylinder bores with a suitable tool (e.g. hand milling tool) as shown on the drawing.
2 Equalize bottom edge of chamfer with a polishing stone.

3 Also deburr the lower cylinder outlet in the tilting range of the piston using a fine grinding stone if the cylinder barrel was machined.
