Since September 2009 Sprinters with the special equipment code PL9, (Air suspension from VB-Airsuspension, have been distributed directly as complete vehicles through the Mercedes-Benz Sales organization. The different air suspension variants are identified in the VeDoc with the following customer request codes under the "Bodies" tab:

Vehicle-specific training courses will be offered by Cars company as required.
Warranty or Hotline:
The warranty conditions for the Sprinter apply for the entire scope of the vehicle.
Warranty is processed via the VEGA simplified warranty processing system.
Code-specific damage codes are available in design group DG 60 under the designation "VMC air suspension".
The scope of repairs not stored with a damage code must be agreed with the Cars company directly.
