1 | Remove auxiliary heater control unit (7) | Only lift up control unit, do not disconnect lines. | |
2 | Detach plug for combination sensor connection lines (8) from auxiliary heater control unit (7) | ||
3 | Release locking clamp (4) | Installation: Route combination sensor connection lines (9) through eyelet of locking clamp (4) (arrow). | |
4 | Remove combination overheating/flame sensor (5) from heat exchanger (6) | Installation: Slide combination sensor underneath jacket housing until it reaches the end stop. Check installation position of combination sensor. The combination sensor must be flush with heat exchanger, correct the position of combination sensor if necessary. | |
5 | Install in the reverse order |
