1.1 | Remove heater unit | Model 906.6 and 906.7 AIRTRONIC D4S heater unit | |
1.2 | Expose heater unit | On model 906.1 and 906.2, only the front passenger seat or the front passenger bench seat must be removed. | |
Model 906.1 and 906.2 AIRTRONIC D2 heater unit | |||
2 | Remove heater unit from housing | Model 906.6 and 906.7 AIRTRONIC D4S heater unit | |
3 | Release locking brackets (3) of cover (1) | ||
4 | Lift up cover (1) and remove from jacket housing (2) of heater unit | ||
5 | Remove screw (6) | ||
6 | Push together retaining clip (4) and lift auxiliary heater control unit (5) up and out | ||
7 | Remove connection line rubber passage (7) from jacket housing (2) | ||
8 | Disconnect all plugs from auxiliary heater control unit (5) | ||
9 | Install in the reverse order |
