Remove/install

Remove fluid reservoir

Remove evaporator unit paneling

 Installation: Only attach evaporator unit paneling after the air conditioning has been topped up and checked.

Remove air duct for air conditioning (roof equipment)

 Installation: Only install air duct after charging and checking the air conditioning.

Remove headliner

 Installation: Only install headliner after charging and checking the air conditioning.

Remove refrigerant lines from expansion valve (1)

Disconnect electrical connection (2)

Undo bolts and remove expansion valve (1) from evaporator



Compressor oils (specification 362.0)

 Installation: Install expansion valve (1) with new sealing rings. Coat sealing rings with compressor oil before installing.

Seal openings on evaporator and at the refrigerant lines using stop plugs
