Depressurize hydraulic pressure reservoir system before commencing work on system. Wear protective gloves and safety glasses.

Remove safe lock (8) on the clutch pressure piping (4)



Remove linking connection (3)

Disconnect clutch travel sensor electrical connector (6) (12B05)

Release nut (7) from the clutch travel sensor (12B05)

Remove breather connection (5)

Remove screws (2) and clutch hydraulic device (1)



Install

Install clutch hydraulic device (1) and tighten screws (2)

Install lining connection (3) and breather connection (6)



Clutch pressure line modified

 Installation: Replace the sealing rings.

 .Connection/ventilation nozzle in the central clutch device

Install clutch pressure piping (4) with safe lock (8)

 Installation: a new safe lock (8) for the pressure piping connection (4).

Install the nut (7) on the clutch travel sensor (12B05)

Install the electric connector (6) of the clutch travel sensor (12B05)
