Detach the electric connection (4) of the pressure limiting solenoid valve (7)

After engine shutdown, compressed air continues flowing through some compressed air lines for approximately 3 min. Start working on the compressed air operating unit after this time.

Remove the compressed air inlet line (1)

Firstly, slacken the connection bolt (5) in two turns to release the pressure of the system and then remove it completely.

Remove the compressed air outlet line (2)

First, loosen the connection bolt (3) in two turns to release the system pressure and then remove it completely.

Remove the pressure limiting solenoid valve (7), unscrewing the fastening nuts (6)

Install in reverse order

Charge the compressed air system to work pressure
