Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

Inspect the concentration of the anticorrosive/antifreeze additive, and correct if necessary.

Checking the cooling and heating system for tightness

In case of having a lot of dirt:

Clean the radiators externally, with separated invoicing.

Check radiator externally for dirt in the honeycomb

The radiator core and the intermediate spaces of the radiator and the aftercooler assembly should not be clogged by dirt.

Check radiator and expansion tank for damages

Check all hoses and pipings of the cooling system and heating

Check for damages and friction of cables with other parts, and the correct fixing.

If necessary, manufacture according to the installation requirements and fixation of cables, with separated invoicing.

In case of detecting damages or defects:

Replace the pipings and hoses with separated invoicing.
