Remove/install

Discharge air conditioning system.

Model 447 with code HX1 (R-1234yf refrigerant)

Remove expansion rivets (1) and remove trim (2).

Open quick-release fastener (3).

Unclip catch hook (arrow A) and remove right support (4).

Open quick-release fastener (5).

Unclip catch hook (arrow B) and remove left support (6).

Release right air duct segment (7) in upper area from cooler and push to one side.

Unscrew screw plug (9.1) from refrigerant condenser (8).

 Installation: Replace screw plug (9.1).

Remove retaining ring (9.2) from refrigerant condenser (8).

 Installation: Replace retaining ring (9.2).

Remove stop plug (9.3) and receiver drier (9.4) from refrigerant condenser (8).



Compressor oils (specification 362.1)

 Installation: Replace stop plug (9.3) and receiver drier (9.4).
Coat sealing rings with compressor oil.

Install in the reverse order.
