Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.

Remove vacuum reservoir

Clamp off coolant hoses (1) on exhaust gas recirculation cooler using a clamp

 Clamping device

Remove coolant hoses (1) on exhaust gas recirculation cooler

 In order to avoid leaks, check condition of coolant hoses (1) and hose clamps; replace if necessary.

Remove screw/bolts (2) from exhaust gas recirculation cooler



Undo screw/bolts (3) and remove bracket (4)



Remove screw/bolts (5) and exhaust gas recirculation cooler

 Installation: replace gasket (6) to prevent leakage.



Install in the reverse order
