1 | Remove engine trim panel | ||
2 | Remove exhaust gas recirculation cooler | Place with attached coolant lines to the side and fix in place | |
3 | Remove screw/bolt (1) and remove bracket (2) | Model 166 Remove bracket (2) complete with the exhaust gas recirculation cooler bypass switchover valve (Y85). | |
4 | Remove electrical connector (3) on exhaust gas recirculation cooler bypass switchover valve (Y85) | ||
5 | Detach vacuum hoses (4) | ||
6 | Release and disconnect exhaust gas recirculation cooler bypass switchover valve (Y85) on retaining tab (5) | ||
7 | Install in the reverse order |
