"To provide the engine cooling system with optimum protection, all of the coolant must be drained completely at all draining positions and then replaced" added.

In the corresponding year of operation, along with replacing the coolant on vehicles with code M8T (Coolant filter), replacement of the filter element must also be invoiced as per the overview table. In the 4th and 6th years of operation, these costs are to be borne by the customer.

This billing procedure also applies in the case of Complete, SelectPlus, Select and BestBasic service contracts.

For vehicles, that at the time of the changed coolant change interval on 12.01.2017,

maintenance in the 2nd year of operation had already been conducted

and

maintenance in the 3rd. year of operation has not yet been conducted,

the maintenance in the 3rd year of operation is to be conducted despite the coolant change and invoiced through damage code 0002N­ZZ.
