Testing
1 Position the special tool (1) in the filler neck of the radiator (2) or the compensating vessel.
2 Press down both levers.
3 Attach the compressed air hose with the tyre filling connection to the testing device.
4 Increase the test pressure to between 0.9 and 1.2 bar.
Note
There is a safety valve in the testing device that prevents the pressure in the cooling system exceeding 1.2 bar.
5 Test the cooling system for leakage. The pressure indicated by the pressure gauge should remain constant.
