MODEL 210 with CODE (228) Stationary heater

Stationary heater operation with heat requirement of 50 to 100 % of heating
	capacity

P83.70-0215-09

Function sequence

1 The start-up phase for the stationary heater is completed. The combustion air blower (A6m2) and fuel metering pump (Y23) are switched to their lowest capacity in the partial load mode.

Heat requirement > than heating capacity momentarily present

2 The coolant temperature drops. The heating capacity must be increased.

3 The combustion air blower and fuel metering pump are switched to full load operation and operate at maximum capacity. The combustion air blower increases its speed infinitely within approx. 60 s.

4 The heater operates at full load and the coolant temperature increases.

5 Coolant temperature increases above 79 °C.

Heat requirement < than heating capacity momentarily present

6 The coolant temperature increases. The heating capacity must be decreased.

7 The combustion air blower and fuel metering pump are switched to partial load. The combustion air blower decreases its speed infinitely within approx. 60 s.

8 The stationary heater operates in the partial load mode and the coolant temperature drops.

9 Coolant temperature drops below 72 °C.

Heat requirement > than heating capacity momentarily present

10 The coolant temperature continues to decrease. The heating capacity must be increased again.

11 The combustion air blower and fuel metering pump are switched back to full load.

12 The heater continues to operate in the full load mode and the coolant temperature increases.

Changeover between full load and partial load operation continues over the entire heating period as long as the heat requirement does not change.
